Steve Kaplan and Gregg Shields have collaborated on an article for the May issue of Redmond Magazine called: “Citrix & VMware: Oil & Water? – Two technologies. One chemistry experiment. Do they mix?”
We won’t divulge the whole article, but some of the arguments for virtualizing Citrix include:
1) Better server resources utilization
2) Decreased administration requirements
3) Improved stability
4) Easier upgrade capabilities
5) Enhanced DR
