Inside Sales Representative

Responsibilities
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential function satisfactorily. The following requirements are representative of the knowledge, skill and/or ability required. Other essential and non-essential functions may be assigned.
 
  • To support the AccessFlow Sales Team in order to achieve the targeted revenue and gross profit goals while maintaining a high quality and high standard of service
  • To manage customer and opportunity tracking, reporting, quote generation, and other tasks within the CRM program
  • To work closely with AccessFlow sales team and management to identify and penetrate new account opportunities specifically relating to targeted accounts.
  • To proactively promote and generate new business within existing customer base, driven by vendor programs and sales management
  • Provide high level of customer service to both customers and vendors.
  • Perform duties in conjunction with other departments (Purchasing, Accounting) to support outside sales.
  • To facilitate effective, timely, accurate and strong channels of communication between sales people, clients and AccessFlow resources.

You should have a proven history of account and relationship management in the IT space. Experience with solution selling and a strong understanding of technology is essential.
 
The position involves working out of your home utilizing our virtual PBX and IT infrastructure. Medical benefits and matching 401K are included along with the potential to earn unlimited commissions.

Senior VMware Systems Engineer

We are searching for an experienced engineer with a passion for virtualization technology. You will work with and alongside other top VMware consultants creating advanced project designs and implementing systems for our clients. If not already a VCP, we will send you through training, but you will be expected to study and pass the VCP exam within two months. The primary location will be in Sacramento, although there will be occasional travel to the Bay Area and other locations.

You should have significant experience with ESX Server along with at least five years experience working with design, implementation and support of networks and a proven ability to resolve complex hardware / software issues. SAN and Citrix experience is a plus.
